About Us

BCC Rally is an all-volunteer organization that is made up of friends and neighbors whose hearts and minds are on their loved ones who have been affected or may be affected by breast cancer.   This group started out with a few women who love to organize events for a serious cause.  Although the committees and events are now much bigger and more numerous, our hearts and enthusiasm are still focused on finding the Cure for Breast Cancer by successfully organized women who like to have fun and share with others.

We started out in 2004 with Breast Cancer Awareness being a priority, and that focus remains today.  The Pink Bows on 99% of the mailboxes in our neighborhood has everyone talking!  Statistics show that early detection saves lives.  Many of our volunteers are survivors, and we learn of at least one new neighbor every year that is battling breast cancer.  We are here for them when they need support, whether it be a dinner, driving kids to school or raising money to help find a cure.

As we get closer to our 7th Annual week of events and the color pink slowly spreads throughout the neighborhood, we find our volunteer group gets larger, and the creative juices become even more imaginative.  It takes a village to be successful in so many ways.  Our village loves the color pink and maintains its focus on increasing friendships, enjoying life together and helping all families battling cancer the best way we can; by working together.
